We have owned our business for over 15 years. We like to think that we understand management teams’ needs when it comes to choosing a reliable and trusted equity partner. We understand the vision, commitment and challenges needed to go through a sale or refinancing process - indeed Milestone itself was formed following our own management buy-out.
Milestone is owned by its three partners and is independent, allowing us to move quickly when reviewing new investment opportunities. We are a relatively small but close team who pride ourselves on being honest and straightforward. Acting with integrity is at the heart of everything we do. Our investment team brings together years of experience and expertise having invested over €454 million of equity in more than 30 transactions (including bolt-ons) over the last 15 years. It is this experience that we hope to pass on to management teams in order to help them achieve their future plans.

The Milestone team personally invest their own money in each company alongside the Milestone funds in order to align interests and underline their commitment to each management team.
