Interfloor is the largest manufacturer of carpet and laminate underlay and related products in Europe. It operates from two UK manufacturing facilities where it has a significant market share.
The Management
Management Pool candidate Phil Reeder is the buy-in Executive Chairman. Phil Reeder has worked in manufacturing and distribution businesses for more than 20 years.
Strategic Development
The Management team is implementing a 3 year cost reduction and efficiency improvement programme in the UK. In April 2006 the US subsidiary was successfully divested, enabling the company to concentrate on its UK operations.
